Where We Ship

US Shipments: We currently ship to US domestic addresses as well as the non-contiguous US (HI, AK, PR). We ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO by ground only. We do not deliver orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO via expedited shipping. The expidited shipping of certain products may be restricted. This will be noted on the product detail page.

International Shipments: We are currently not shipping internationally.

Shipping Costs

Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 days):
Orders under $50: $9.95
Orders over $50: FREE

Expedited Shipping* (2 day): $17.50
*Available for all non-aerosol products.

Returns

We put a lot of love (and really good, quality ingredients) into our products, and we hope you feel that in every use. Because of the nature of what we make — and for safety reasons — we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, reach out to us at hello@itsmessy.com. We’ll make it right.

If your product is unused and still in its original packaging, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it by emailing hello@itsmessy.com.
