Itsmessy.com ships within the United States of America.
We offer standard shipping (5-7 days) and rush shipping (2 days). 'I am Transformed' Instant Silk Revival Spray has to be shipped by ground and can not be expedited.
At the moment, Messy only ships directly within the United States. While we don't ship directly to Canada, Messy can be found at all Sephora stores in Canada and online at Sephora.ca
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number included inside. If you still have questions, please reach out to hello@itsmessy.com and provide your order number as a reference.
Yes, we can ship directly to a PO Box.

Yes — all Messy formulas are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and compliant with Clean at Sephora standards. We never use SLS/SLES, parabens, or other harsh additives. Every ingredient is chosen to be safe, effective, and sensorially amazing.

We follow a strict “no list” based on Sephora’s Clean at Sephora guidelines, avoiding ingredients like sulfates (SLS/SLES), parabens, phthalates, formaldehydes, and more.

Returns
Messy offers returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not in love with your new Messy product, we're happy to discuss any concerns you might have and offer you a refund/return/replacement as needed. Please reach out to hello@itsmessy.com. Please note that in the case of a return, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the unused items to our warehouse on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from Sephora. If you need to request a return from one of our authorized retailers, please reach out to them directly.
